Sawasdee krub,
Khun Anne krub,
Your information about the exercise is very helpful nakrub. I've been exercise regularly for a while nakrub. I really thing variety is the key nakrub.
P'เคดี krub,
I'm so impressed at your husband's exercise regiment nakrub. Too bad that I have neither the time nor the will power to do it nakrub. So far, I start my day with a 30-45 min exercise at 4am in the morning because I have to to work very early nakrub. I'll try to play soccer 3-4 nights a week if i can nakrub. If not, I'll do a mixture of cardio/strength training before I go to bed nakrub. I've been doing yoga for a while. I might try Tai Chi like your husband nakrub. I love trying new things krub.
Jeab,
It's all me naka. I always use "naka" with girls naka. I really love the morning exercise naka. It helps me start my day in a very positive way naka. You should try to do it every day naka. Not only will it help your body, I also help you start your day feeling happy about yourself and it also boost your self esteem because you are able to complete your goal as well naka.
In my case, I started from setting a baby-step goal to do 5min exercise every morning naka. Once you regularly accomplish this, then you can start increasing your goal to 10-15-30 min naka. It's also involve time management as well ka because you can only fit so many tasks in a fixed amount of time naka. By setting this goal and work on it, you'll be a more efficient person as a bonus as well naka.
About eating, I am struggling with the weekends food naka. As you can see my weight chart (attached below), I always gain 5-6 lbs back over the weekends naka. I read the book "ผอมเลือกได้" ของ เภสัชกรหญิง นันทวดี พิทยาพิบูลย์พงศ์ recommended by khun โหน่ง Link and I think it is because of the amount of sodium I eat naka. It's going to be hard to cut on sodium naka because i love salty food ka. About the vitamins, I only take daily multi vitamins naka. I hate medicine ka...
Anyways, the most effective way to accomplish something is to get your friends to motivate you naka (that's why I keep posting my journal naka). Try to update your post regularly naka. And I promise that I will keep posting the comment to keep you motivated ka.
Lastly, this is my current weight nakrub. As you can see, even though I lost almost 5 lbs last week, I gain ALL of them back over the weekends nakrub. I always make mistakes by eating WRONG over the weekends nakrub. I know it's not the calorie intake nakrub (because i've been tracking it krub). I'm suspecting that it may be the sodium intake nakrub because I always eat E-Sarn food (Salty&Spicy) krub. So my new diet plan will involve cutting down on Sodium (eating less salt or balance it with Potassium in food such as banana), and concentrate on eating more protein and fiber nakrub. I'll let you know next week when I update my post nakrub.
Thank you nakrub for reading. Thank you even more nakrub if you post the comments. Since i'm so clueless in this, all suggestions are greatly appreciated krub...
