Since this year we are not going to Thailand, we decided to go somewhere near by instead.

Punta Cana is a region in the easternmost tip of the Dominican Republic, and is home to a coastline of sandy white beaches and to a town of the same name.
It was only 2 hours flight from our home Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Here is the airport, very very small.

To our destination, where we spent the rest of the week.
We decided to go with all inclusive resort, so we could really enjoy.

This is where Yannai spent most of his time doing a lot of things in a mini club with other kids (from 9:00 am -5:30 pm), while mom and dad enjoyed theirs......

This particular day was a French independent's day. (not so sure, I think it was July 14) ????
